I had a conversation with my friends the other day about what Montreal activities I would engage in if money wasn't an issue (other than sleeping, because I desperately need to catch on some zzz's). So I imagined a whole day filled with things I love but can't afford on a regular basis. Call it superficial, in fact, call it whatever you want, but this will definitely make you dream and feel like a queen. Ladies, I want you to let go of your stress and worries to live vicariously through this post for short a moment.
Breakfast at Maison Boulud
1228 Rue Sherbrooke O
Breakfast at Maison Boulud, elegant eatery at The Ritz-Carlton hotel, will make you feel like an aristocrat. In the summer, you can enjoy your meal at a terrace overlooking a beautiful garden with swans right in the middle of Downtown. Service is always impeccable.
Shop at Holt Renfrew
1300 Sherbrooke Street West
Every Montreal shopoholic knows that Holt Renfrew is the ultimate shopping mecca. Designer brands, beauty products, accessories, lingerie... they have everything your soul desires. Why not pick an outfit for the night here? Sounds like a fun activity for a queen.
Train then relax at Victoria Park Spa
376 Avenue Victoria
Vic Park is a spa and health centre. I would first train with Drea Wheeler, a celebrity personal trainer. Then, I would get a nice skin treatment followed by a massage. Total relaxation mode: ON.

Lunch at Bouillon Bilk
1595 Boul St-Laurent
Lunch time! Bouillon Bilk is one of my favourite Montreal restaurants serving eclectic French cuisine. Food presentation is so gorgeous, it will definitely make you feel like royalty. Above is a photo of their hamachi platter, yuzu kosho, grapefruit and fennel. Delicious!
Royal Suite at The Ritz Carlton
1228 Rue Sherbrooke O
Time to relax and unwind after lunch. Renting the Royal Suite at the Ritz hits the spot just right. It's a 4,000 square-feet gem filled with art and luxury. Invite your guests, so you can all feel like royalty! 12 person dining room, butler service, in-room fireplace... The Royal Suite is out of this world spectacular. You can also head downstairs for a high tea experience happening every day from 1.30 to 5.30 pm or have them bring the experience directly to your suite, because... you're a queen.
Pass by Blome Blow Dry Bar
46 McGill
Get your hair looking fly before heading to dinner. Blome has a whole menu of hair styles to choose from, from braids to beach hair - so much fun. You can also get your mani and pedi done at the same time. That way, you'll be all dolled up for the night.
Dinner at Jatoba
1184 Place Phillips
Jatoba is a refined modern eatery that serves Asian-influenced dishes. A lot of delicious raw seafood options, unusual food items and gorgeous plating. The atmosphere in the evening is always very vibrant. You will enjoy this experience.
Party at Soubois
1106 Maisonneuve Blvd W
Why not have a little fun after dinner? A modern queen can appreciate a good party. There's no better place than Soubois for all things fun in Montreal. Sip on champagne, dance and enjoy yourself!
