Hydro Quebec are once again raising your rates, which means you're going to make pay even more money for electricity.

Poor little Hydro Quebec, after all they only made 3,1 billion dollars in profits last year. So it's totally justifiable for them to charge us more money.

Hydro-Québe's rate will increase by by 0.7% starting April 1. But if Hydro got their way, the increase would be much bigger. Initially they had requested a 1.6% increase.
