It's Official, Mike Wheeler From "Stranger Things" Is Coming To Montreal

As if you needed another reason to go to Osheaga.
It's Official, Mike Wheeler From "Stranger Things" Is Coming To Montreal

Have you ever wanted to see your favorite TV show character in person? It's honestly a surreal experience. It's something you'll never forget, much like the hit Netflix original Stranger Things. See where I'm going with this?

Well, if you're a fan of Stranger Things (which let's be real, who isn't?), you won't have to visit the upside-down to see the great Mike Wheeler. He's coming to Montreal!

That's right, you read that correctly! Finn Wolfhard will be visiting our city this summer.

And he isn't doing some expensive meet-and-greet, that'll cost you hundreds of dollars for a quick (fake) hug and a rushed autograph. You'll actually get to see him perform on stage at Osheaga!

Yes, of course, you're going to have to pay for the Osheaga tickets, but I mean you're also going to get to go to Osheaga. So, it's kind of a win-win situation here.

Finn is already pretty damn cool as it is, but somehow he got cooler. Yep, he's in a band. He's only 15 and he's already cooler than most of us.

The band is called "Calpurnia" and as their Twitter bio suggests they "play rock n roll". Though it would be freaking awesome if the band included Eleven, Dustin, Will, and Lucas (yeah and I guess Max too), Finn has other friends.

The band is made up of Malcolm Craig on drums, Ayla Tesler-Mabe on guitar, Jack Anderson on bass, and of course, Finn Wolfhard on guitar and vocals.

Calpurnia is part of the Saturday lineup, which also includes The Arctic Monkeys, Khalid, and Tyler the Creator. So, if you don't want to dish out the money to go see all three days, just one will suffice.

Even so, if you don't have any interest in going to the festival (which would make you crazy by the way), you will probably be able to see him roaming around Montreal with his buddies. And he probably won't have his bike with him, so I get you could catch up to him to say hey.

Whether you love him for Stranger Things or IT, you are sure to enjoy the performance.
