Its Official, Montreal Metro Blue Line To Be Extended Towards Anjou

In a quite surprising manor, today the Quebec government is finalizing plans to announce that the Montreal metro`s blue line will be extended an extra 5 stops (according to Radio Canada) towards Anjou. The add on has been in talks for many many years already.

Mr. Sylvain Gaudreault, Quebec`s transport minister will address the media Friday in the am and will be strongly pushing the fact that this build is a priority.

The Montreal metro has not added any new stops since its extension north to Laval back in 2007.
