It's Official, The "Urban Rodeo" Will Never Return To Montreal

Mayor Denis Coderre made the official announcement yesterday, the urban rodeo which took place over the weekend to the dismay of many, will not be returning to Montreal.

A lot of people were angry the rodeo took place at all, and they showed their discontentment by protesting during each day of the event.

Plus, attendance was apparently pretty terrible. They're were expecting at least 10,000 more people to show up. So it looks like this whole thing pissed a lot of people off, and it wasn't very successful either way, so there's no real reason to bring the event back next year.

The SPCA say they're satisfied that the rodeo will not return. However they won't rest until they put an end all rodeos across Canada.
