It’s Official, There’s Going To Be Free Stand-Up Comedy Shows In Montreal This Spring

The birds are chirping, the snow is finally melting and Spring is officially here (and hopefully here to stay), which means that Montreal is about to get a whole lot more exciting!
Let’s face it, the city is alive and full of things to do as soon as Spring hits and I’ve got just the thing to get you in the mood and dust off those party cobwebs.
Every single Wednesday, the Montreal Casino will be hosting a series of free (yes, I said FREE) stand-up comedy shows hosted by comedian Matthew Cyr and produced by Quebec City’s very own ComediHa! Club.
There are ten shows in total with the last show scheduled for May 2nd so there is plenty of time for you to catch a show or two… or three. And you won’t just get to see one comedian - in fact, every Wednesday, there will be a total of four comedians taking the stage along with Mathieu Cyr, so you can bet that your night is going to be jam-packed with a whole lot of laughing.
And, the intimate ambiance of each showwill make you feel like you’re in your living room watching your funniest friend tell a joke. Plus, the environment is nothing short of fun with a live band, plenty of bars to quench your thirst, restaurants and games available.
All shows begin at 8:30 PM sharp so make sure to get there early in order to grab a seat as there is no assigned seating. And I mean, do you really want to miss half the show? I didn’t think so.
