So we got this video in our inbox today. It's a strangely cute while creepy animated video featuring some seriously spooky and circusy drum and bass with a rocker vibe:

This tasty offering is courtesy of brand new EDM act The BlissFits, aka 'The Misfits on Ecstasy' according to their FB page. The group is an eclectic mix of Canadian music talent with roots reaching back into the '90s rave and warehouse scene and includes international bass pervert Freedom Danish, as well as distinguished and respected artists such as Stéphane Vera, Lumo (Root Sellers), Thuun and West Coast DnB pretty lady Lil' Boh Beat.

Mister, or should I say Doctore Danish dropped the remix kit on his blog and stated the official contest rules and regulations would be up on Truespin Records shortly. Truespin is a new Canadian label that releases a diverse selection of EDM (you can see their Beatport catalogue here and has had some pretty great response as several of their recent releases have hit top 20 and top 10 on Beatport sales charts.

The Je Me Souviens EP is stacked with talent, as ragga jungle don DJ K (Killa Records, Germany), breaks ambassador Myagi, Opulent Temple's big guns Billy Seal and Cosmic Selector, and fresh face on the badass bass scene P80 are all locked in for remixes. You've got one month to make the cut and get on it yourself, as the favourite remixes as decided by fan votes, and label and artist votes will be published on the EP. Download the stems pack on Freedom Danish's site here.Let's see a contest winner out of Quebec for this!
