5 Horrible Trends We Never Want To See Again In 2016
To all our beloved coffee art experts.
With social media taking over our lives even more in 2015 we've seen all kinds of shitty trends go viral in front of our eyes. Our social media pages were swamped with people enjoying trends that let's just say we're not the top notch stuff we appreciate on a daily basis.
Here's to social media in 2016 being a much cleaner and enjoyable place:
Instagram Branded Content
Facebook acquired Instagram not too long ago and just this year started making revenue out of it with a few different sales avenues. The worst one is definitely businesses paying Instagram influencers to promote their products through selfies & sponsored posts.
Yes, I'm talking about the traditional: "this shake really provides my body with the necessary components even if I have no idea what the hell it is, also, see my ass below." Instagram posts.
Donald Trump, I officially give you the year's biggest idiot award. You proved all of us through your speeches, which never missed to go viral, how far you really are from reality.
In an effort not to repeat his constant out of touch and racist statements, we'll move forward to the next point and hope you all acknowledge his level of retardation.
In 2015 I decided to start an art coffee exposition where people can come through, take pictures of the coffees for their Instagram and then leave. No but, seriously, I've never seen before 2015 so many posts with just a picture of a lattee well done.
Guys, coffee is one of the oldest beverage in history of humanity, I'm pretty sure millions had the chance to see a beautiful lattee before you started posting 60 on your instagram feeed. How about we focus on mroe important stuff than the fine lines of your morning coffee.
Do I even need to elaborate? How about all y'all calm down on selfies and look at what's in front of your eyes.
I'll take too lines to slide in the selfie trend in there as well. I'm all in for your enjoyment to practice urban narcissism a few times a week, but there are just too many of you guys out there taking it to the next level with dozens of selfies a day.
We're almost through it. ALMOST. It's already became such a joke around urban cities that guys are starting to feel like they need to innovate on their hairstyle. THANK GOD.
Fellow men, time to step out the box and be creative on what the hell you have on your head. It's not because half the dudes out there are doing it that you'll be "on point" or "trendy" if you copy them.
