First, before you jump to conclusions, no I did not take these photos as the title suggests. Rather the title was sampled from an article French photographer Mikaël Theimer (who actually did take the photos) used for his article which I stumbled upon this week.
When I first opened up the piece, I was instantly blown away by the photo's crisp, dark tones and the fact he was able to capture such special moments in time. He used Montreal as a backdrop, which is indeed known to be a very romantic city, and although his subjects were asked before hand, they still displayed authentic signs of affection for this series.
