Starting Friday April 17th to the 19th Laval will be hosting the 17th annual Bike & Tattoo Show. And if you think you need to be a big mean biker to attend this event, think again.
This show features a number of interests including custom cars, bikes, tattoos, burlesque, music, art, fashion and of course bodypainting (hell yeah) because if there's one thing that bikers like more than tattoos it's:
The expo will feature 230 kiosks including 80 tattoo kiosks. Each room will have it's own stage where various performances will be taking place all weekend long. These include Jonas and the Massive Attraction as well as a number of other bands. There will also be a burlesque show every day at 8:30 which makes this show worth attending on it's own.
In addition to the half naked people who will proudly be putting their body art on display and the dozens of booths where you can get yourself some tattoos, you'll be surrounded by gorgeous human canvases showing off amazing examples of body painting. And if you think body painting isn't anything to get excited about, here's a great example of bodypainting that will shut you right up:
This year, the show will also feature a tattoo competition, a pin-up girl contest and fashion shows by Tru Culture as well as Pub St-Yves.
Bobby Elvis from Sons of Anarchy will be making an appearance and answering questions and maybe if we're lucky he'll bring some of his other anarchist brothers such as Kim Coates who attended last year. The show starts April 17th at 4:00pm and cost $20 Friday and Saturday and $15 on Sunday, or you can get a 3 day pass for $45.
