I'm no "yogi", but I know Montrealers love their yoga! This is a fact.
While I don't really consider myself to be a fan of Yoga, I do appreciate all the good it can bring. Honestly, sometimes I wish I had the patience for it. Whenever I do yoga, my favourite part was the end when I could just lay there and meditate.
Yoga can do wonders for your body, mind, and soul - it's not hard to understand why it is so important in many people's daily lives.

Every summer, the biggest Yoga event in town goes down at Montreal's Old Port, and even though I do not practice this art myself, I still get totally swept away by how glorious this event looks!
The Lolë White Tour is an event that has brought together thousands of people from communities all over the world. In fact, since 2012 the Lolë White Tour has brought together over 65K people!
65K people seems hard to imagine at first, but just looking at the photos it makes complete sense. This massive group of yoga enthusiasts looks like a huge army of soldiers ready to take on the world!
The crowd this yoga event draws could be one of the most visually impressive sights I've seen. Combine the Montreal skyline in the mix and the results are just mesmerizing. Only made more impressive after sunset, to me.
Montreal's Old Port is the perfect space for this enlightened event, but the events in Toronto and Quebec City look pretty huge as well!
