An American energy is coming to the outskirts of Montreal this weekend, and you should be excited. The Hot Rod and Kustom Rumble will be taking car shows to the next level of excitement this Saturday, a rally of entertainment for all car lovers, and those who aren't even that fond of automobiles.
Saturday, August 2nd will mark the 8th edition of the Hot Rod and Kustom Rumble, which began when a few Quebec car-enthusiast noticed how boring car shows were province. After travelling to Connecticut for an American-style Hot Rod show, the group was inspired and started their own version here, with a lot of success.
Now a huge event entirely unique in Quebec, the Hot Rod and Kustom Rumble will feature 350 cars this year, all made before 1980. But the rumble isn't just about cars, its also about having fun, and with 5 Rockabilly bands performing, along with DJs, food + drinks served, and a hot mix of kiosks and games on-site, you're likelihood of having a good time is 100%.
The 8th edition of the Hot Rod and Kustom Rumble will be held in Rigaud, Quebec (map) about 50 minutes outside of the city. To find out more and receive any updates, head to the FB event page.
