We all know how tough it can be to find easy electives that don't add onto the pressure of the workload of your main courses. The answer to your all your problems lies here: the following is a list of some of the easiest classes you can take at Concordia during the upcoming Fall and Winter semesters.

1. Intro To The New Testament (THEO 203)

Almost everyone at Concordia is aware that there are a handful of very easy Theology classes you can pick from to boost your GPA. This one is very famous for being easy and straightforward, and is also offered online, which gives you some time to do your work at your own reasonable pace. Even if you haven't read the New Testament, you'll surely get by with great grades throughout the semester because the content isn't very difficult to grasp. It is a study of the Bible, after all.

2. Propaganda (COMS 360)

This course is only offered online but is completely worth the extra fee. It is one of the most interesting courses Concordia offers, as it discusses propaganda and it's different facets. It allows you to learn about politics, history and communications all wrapped in a straightforward and fairly easy course. It dives deeper into why and how propaganda happens and what factors it has on society and culture, but also provides an analysis of the different factors that drive and strengthen propaganda as a tool of manipulation.

3. Chemistry In Our Lives (CHEM 208)

This chemistry course is a great start for people who have no experience studying in the field and are looking for a fairly easy introduction to understanding the role of chemistry. You'll feel like an expert in no time after receiving your final grade of an A+.

4. Intro to The UN (POLI 216)

This class is known within the Political Science department as being straightforward and actually fun. You do have to participate quite a bit for an online course but it allows you to take a peak into how countries resolve (and don't resolve) important issues that face our world today by role playing as diplomats from different countries. Don't take this class if you aren't very interested in world events or politics as you'll be lost, but if you are interested in those subjects then you'll love it and end up with an A.

5. Death & Dying (RELI 378)

This is one of the most straightforward religion classes that Concordia offers. It is basically a course that involves discussion on death and what happens after we die. This is quite an enlightening class and yet it still offers compelling content and straightforward tests and essays that don't require that much knowledge on religion and spirituality.

This is another class that many first year students at Concordia love to take. It is essentially a course that offers an outlook on the different aspects of human rights all over the world. Although it is considered easy, it is still quite interesting and can give you a new perspective of world issues and the history of human rights, including those that many are still fighting for today.
