From the very hot teen thriller Riverdale to the early 2000s throwback Erin Brockovich, this month is going to be a nice mix of throwback sitcoms and new new series that everybody is going to be binging. Here is the best of the best - based on the highest online authority Rotten Tomato, of course.

9. Riverdale: Season 2

RT Score: 88%

Via imdb

Why you should watch it: Because everyone and their mother has seen this show. This modern sexy/drama thriller will keep you on the edge of your couch. Releasing cliff-hanger style episodes the old fashion way - on a weekly basis - season II looks like it's going to be a real nail-biter.

8. Dear White People: Volume 2

RT Score: 91%

Via imdb

Why you should watch it: Dear White People successfully unpacks and tackles with humor complex issues of race and discrimination via their diverse cast characters navigating the context of a predominantly white ivy league university campus in the US.

7. Ali Wong: Hard Knock Wife

RT Score: n/a

Why you should watch it:  This Ali Wong special doesn't yet have a RT score, but her first Netflix Special "Baby Cobra" skyrocketed her into mega comedian fame and stardom. Performing while pregnant, her comedic timing and style is unprecedented and she will have you and everyone in the room on the floor. Guaranteed.

6. 13 Reasons Why Season 2

RT Score: 80%

Via imdb

Why you should watch it: 13-Reasons Why is much bigger than just a show about kids in high school, and tackles the very touchy subject of teen suicide. Following the main character's quests to uncover the reason why his classmate and crush took her own life.

5. COCO

RT Score: 97%

Via imdb

Why you should watch it: If you haven't already seen Oscar-winning Pixar masterpiece Coco, now is your chance! A touching coming-of-age story about a young Mexican boy who travels into the afterlife to discover himself and his family's secret.

4. Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt: Season 4

RT Score: 97%

Via imdb

Why you should watch it:  Everybody loves Kim. Seriously, it's impossible to watch this show and not smile. Kimberly Shmit follows the classic "fish out of water" trope a bright-eyed and innocent Kimberly is rescued from a bomb shelter she's been living in for the majority of her adult life and thrown into modern day gritty and merciless New York City. Hilarity obviously ensues.

3. My Next Guest Needs No Introduction with David Letterman

RT Score: 86%

Via imdb

Why you should watch it: If you grew up in the 90s like me, you definitely got your fair share of the Late Night show with David Letterman. Well, he's still doing what he does best - hilarious interviews with fascinating people - but this time for an exclusive Netflix original.

2. The Rain: Season 1

RT Score: 100%

Via imdb

Why you should watch it:  This is the very first season of Netflix original The Rain. A post-apocalyptic survival story following a group of survivors and a brutal virus wipes out most of the population and two young siblings embark on a perilous search for safety.

1. Erin Brockovich

RT Score: 84%

Via imdb

Why you should watch it: Saving the throwback for last, Erin Brockovich is early 2000 classic and the film that propelled Julia Roberts into the A-list spotlight. Based on an inspiring true story of an unemployed single mother that becomes a legal assistant and almost single-handedly brings down a California power company. Watch it when you need to a little boost of motivation.
