Mont Tremblant Is Having A 35% Off Sale On Ski Passes Right Now

If you're planning on being in Quebec over the holidays and you like to ski or snowboard then I'm sure you've already got a trip planned. Quebec has the tallest mountains and the best skiing east of the Rockies, so it's definitely a winter advantage not to be missed.

Mont Tremblant is the largest, most accessible ski hill if you live in Montreal and usually their prices are as steep as their runs... but they've just slashed their prices. Online lift ticket prices have been seriously discounted on all dates for single and multi-day passes.

TL;DR Mont Tremblant is having a huge online sale and you can save more than 30% on certain dates. Quantities are limited so you'll want to book ASAP if you hope to take advantage of this deal!

For the entire rest of December and into January you can save up to 35% on lift tickets if you book online. Tickets on sale are numbered so the best prices are definitely going to be snatched up fast.

It looks like the more days you plan to ski, the higher the discount is. Almost all the two-day passes were discounted significantly more than the one-day passes. (For example, Dec 21: $72 for one-day pass, Dec 21 & 22: $66 for one-day pass.)

If you're planning a trip up north during the holidays or specifically for New Year's Eve, check out these sweet Airbnbs that I wrote about earlier this month. They are all big enough for a group and are available on New Year's Eve so you can bring your crew.

That means you could spend two days skiing at Tremblant for $150, split an Airbnb for like $30 each a night, pick up a couple bottles of champagne and ring in the New Year without all the downtown hustle and fuss.

As of December 14th, there are still discounted passes available, but they could soon be sold out!

Take a look at Tremblant's sale here and happy skiing!

Here's What's Open & What's Closed On Labour Day In Montreal

There are still a ton of things to do this Monday holiday!
  • Here's a short list of what's open and what's closed on Labour Day in Montreal.
  • If you're heading out, make sure to call ahead to your destination to inquire about reduced hours.

Yes, it's a long weekend! Three uninterrupted days to relax, have fun, and not think for two seconds about things like school or work, or other responsibilities until Tuesday morning. Not to be too depressing but it will be six weeks before we get another official long weekend.

But let's focus on the positive! This is usually one of the summer weekends that people are trying to pack in their last days of camping or chalet time. But if you're planning to stay in the city it's good to know what's open and what's closed so you can plan out your Labour Day weekend.
