Montreal Bars Are Going To Be Open Until 6am For Nuit Blanche
If there's one thing I've learned working at this job it's that this city often often announces projects that just never seem to see the light of day.
I can remember at least 2 separate occasions when we were promised extended bar hours. First it was going to be city wide, then it was going to be a small pilot project in certain areas, but now it looks as this is actually happening.
Montreal bars will be able to stay open until 6:00 am.

But before you start making plans for tonight, I'm sad to say that this is for one night only.
9 bars from the Quartier Latin area will be staying open all night long on February 27th for Nuit Blanche. Even better, the metros will also be running 24 hours so you don't need to worry about finding a designated driver.
