For the last few weeks, Montreal's been beating rainfall records over and over again.

At this point I'm pretty sure that even the most avid precipitation enthusiasts are getting sick and tired of it.

The good news is that Montreal broke another record, one that doesn't have anything to do with rain (for once).

Yesterday, temperatures went up to 30.8°C. The last time it was this hot on May 18th was all the way back in 1962.

Think about that for second, the Beatles were just about to record their first album, and JFK was president.

Things will be back to normal for the next 2 weeks. Temperatures will hovering around 20°C, and there isn't too rain in the forecast.
