You can't escape the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge, it's quite literally dominated social media, with all your friends, favourite celebs, and city leaders taking the icy plunge.

One Montrealer, Samantha Kris Demers, decided to make her ALS Ice Bucket Challenge not about herself, but about her beautiful city. Travelling around Montreal's many landmarks, Demers dumps a bucket of ice on herself at every spot. An ode to the city, check out the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge: Best of Montreal edition below.
