Montreal Has An All-New EDM Music Festival Coming In Summer 2015

Photo Cred - Rukes

Did you know Montreal is hosting a brand new electronic festival this summer? The AIM festival will be happening from June 26th to June 28th. It is a great honor for the city to receive such a festival because of the different avenues it is taking from its straight competitors such as Piknik Electronik and Ile Soniq!

Indeed, attendees will have the chance to listen to 35 hours straight of electronic music and even camp on the site! This has actually very rarely happened in our cultured-filled city. We have yet to know about the artists who will be performing at the festival, but who knows, maybe Kaytranada will take part of the festivities with his recent announcement for a new album coming up! The electronic music scene is surely hoping for Luciano to make a come back in Montreal this summer after his coming up appearance at Igloofest 2015 this winter.

Just announced by AIM on their Facebook page, the festival will take place at Parc Carillon / St-André d'Argenteuil, around 25 minutes from the Mirabel Airport. It is also said shuttles will be available for attendees all over Quebec!

Are you ready to get funky with thousands of your fellow rave passionate?

*UPDATE : From AIM's facebook page - The programmation will be electronic and techno oriented!
