Montreal Has Officially Destroyed Last Year's Total Snowfall Record
You don't need me to tell you that Montreal has hadย a lot of snow this year, because you've most definitely noticed it for yourself.ย
Montreal normally gets 5 to 6 snowstormsย a year (More than 10 cm in 1 day), and we've had about 4 so far this year already.ย

If that wasn't bad enough, consider this. Last year we only got 91 cm of snow during the entire winter season. So far this year, Montreal has been hit with 134 cm!ย
And the worst part is we're only half-way done with winter.

The worst months are still aheadย of us. Snowstorm are more frequent towards the end of February and in March and researchers are convinced this year will be even worse than normal.ย
