Montreal Is Finally Going To Get A Full Week Of Sun

Vampires and other creatures of the night must be really happy these days, because the sun's been gone for so long I'm starting to forget what it looks like.

Every day for the last week, Montreal's been looking grey, gloomy, foggy and rainy. It looks like the set of a horror movie.

As if it wasn't bad enough that these next 3 weeks are the shortest days of the year, but can we at least get the tiny little bit of sunshine we're entitled to?

If you think I'm exaggerating, consider this:

From now until Saturday, there will only be a total of 5 hours of sunlight. That's a only 1 hour and 20 minutes of sunshine a day. (if it even comes out at all)

So if you're not feeling it now, you'll definitely be feeling it by the end of the week.

Luckily, Sunday will come along to take all of our troubles away by throwing 7 glorious hours of sunshine our way.

After that, the sun should be sticking around for at least 6 hours a day all through next week.

No you're not crazy the weather has not been acting normal lately.

Forecasters like to use the words "unseasonable" but I prefer to use the word revolting.
