Montreal Is Getting An All-New Irish Pub That Will Serve 100 Different Beers From Around The World
Beer drinkers, from the connoisseurs to the not-so-picky, are going to go wild for Montreal's newest Irish pub, Le Trèfle, set to open at the end of the month in Hochelaga-Maisonneuve. A new bar is always a good thing, but this pub will be beyond special, as it boasts a beer line-up that breaches the triple digits. That's right, +100 beers from all around the world, all in one place.
Located on Ontario East, some may recognize the Le Trèfle name, as one already exists in Trois-Rivières. Having experience in the nightlife/bar-scene gives some serious cred to the new Le Trèfle, and its probably how they compiled such a gigantic list of beers.
Co-owner Martin Veillete was kind enough to give us the full beer-set list, which looks damned impressive. We're most excited for the huge amount of Quebec microbrewies featured on the list, and the legit amount of Trappist beers available. For those who don't know, Trappist beer is made in a special brewery/monastery, and if anyone is gonna make delicious beer, it's gonna be freakin' monks.

A delicious food menu will also be available (likely akin to the original's) and the pub will also have about 65 whiskeys, also from across the globe, for those who want something stronger then beer. Still, beer seems to be the star at the new Le Trèfle, and that's okay with us.
