Montreal Is Hosting A Free Outdoor World Cup Finale Viewing Party At Parc Jean-Drapeau Today

World Cup has taken over Montreal with the most fiery of fan fervor, and there's only one way to culminate the energy that is FIFA and break the fever: with a day-long, outdoor, and entirely free World Cup viewing party. CBC and Evenko have the city's back, as they're throwing a grand finale outdoor screening on giant TVs this Sunday at Parc Jean-Drapeau.
The party starts promptly at 11am, right when the park gates open. Soccer scrimmages will be held, booths will be set up to dole out jerseys, and DJs will be spinning to keep the energy alive. Food kiosks and a Budweiser Beer Garden will also be on-site to keep you full and quenched before, during, and after the game.
At 3pm, when the final game begins, the match will lit up on big screens set up outside, with a concert-caliber sound system making sure you can hear the match midst all the excited fans. With MEG and Evenko as participating partners, you can be confident the audio-visual set up for the FIFA finale will be just as epic as the final game.
Nothing beats free, and good thing Parc Jean-Drapeau's outdoor FIFA viewing party won't cost you a single cent. Sun or showers, the game and the party are gonna happen, so watch the last game in style at Parc Jean-Drapeau.
