Montreal Is Hosting A Huge Job Fair At Palais Des Congrès Starting This Week
If there is one thing we've noticed as of late, it's that Montreal is hungry for jobs. This city is awesome and all, provided you have the monies to enjoy all the wonderful activities on offer, but if you don't, Montreal can get boring real quick. The good news is, if you've been struggling to find a decent job, or you are making moved toward a new and improved career, there's a massive job fair happening today and tomorrow at the Palais des Congrès.
In fact, this isn't even a single job fair, but five fairs all under one roof, bringing together 160 exhibitors from numerous industry sectors, various career development pavilions, and a whopping 2,000 jobs up for grabs.
Everything from IT, to Health & Social, to Finance, to Sales, to Entrepreneurship, to Education, to Management, even barrista positions will be on offer during the 2-day fair, as well as several conferences and workshops on topics like resume writing, interviewing, networking, social media, the Quebec work market, immigration and more to answer any and all your burning questions.
So make sure you bring a few copies of your CV and a dynamic attitude with you, and you could very well find yourself employed by the weekend, or at least stocked up on plenty of solid leads.
