Montreal Is Hosting A Huge "Oyster Festival" This Week

Oysters are an aquired tastes, similar to olives or mushrooms. Some people love 'em, and some people hate 'em.

TL;DR Oystoberfest is taking place in Montreal from October 25th-28th at 840 Boulevard René-Lévesque E. Plates are as little as $10.

You've probably found yourself reading these words because you're on the oyster-lovers team. 

That said, you'll probably be happy to know that a full-blown oyster festival is going down this weekend at Poissonnerie La Mer.

This oyster bonanza is going down at the source, so you know it's guaranteed fresh and delicious. 

The event is cleverly called "Oysterberfest" and here is a little sneak peak at what you can expect.
