It's almost sugar shack time in Montreal which means it's once again time to do our annual pilgrimage to the middle of nowhere so that we can stuff ourselves with maple syrup and ham.

But this year, you won't have to drive too far to satisfy your sweet tooth because Montreal will have it's very own 'urban sugar shack'.

The 3rd annual Un Chef a l'Erable event will take place from March 4th to April 17th at Scena on the Quai Jacques-Cartier in the Old Port.
