Montreal Is Hosting Quebec's Biggest "Dog Festival" Ever

The cutest event you'll ever go to.
Montreal Is Hosting Quebec's Biggest "Dog Festival" Ever

I have a confession to make: I'm in love with dogs. Like, I've actually broken away from my group of friends because I was too distracted by an adorable pup being walked in the streets. I've actually seen dogs tied outside of a shop and waited with them until their owners return.

Yeah, I'm that type of crazy. Whatever. No shame.

And if you adore canines as much as I do, then I've got some great news for you.

Montreal will be hosting a dog festival in October. Yes, guys. A legit festival celebrating man's best friend. Do you hear that? That's the sound of me actually screaming in excitement.

The festival will feature a doggie kissing booth (!!!), a dog agility course, presentations, more than 40 vendors and manufacturers, and much more. They're also offering microchipping services at a reduced price, so if you need to get your animal pal (anipal?) chipped, this is the perfect opportunity.

There will also be tons of food trucks, like Mr. Puffs, Lucille's, Kitchen 73, Smoke Meat Pete, and more.

Of course, the festival is dog friendly and will have lots of water stations, so feel free to bring your pup!

Dog Fest Montreal will be taking place on October 8 and 9 from 10 AM- 6 PM at Esplanade du Centenaire de Canal Lachine (3667 Rue St-Patrick). Tickets are $10 online and $15 at the door, but children under 12 get in for free.

If this sounds exactly like your cup of tea (bowl of water?) then check out Dog Fest Montreal's Facebook event and page for more information.
