Honestly, it's kind of hard not to love fried chicken. A good, crispy, tasty, juicy fried chicken dish is worth its weight in gold, TBH.
Which is exactly why I was so excited to learn about Paradis BBQ (4165 St Hubert St), a brand new barbecue restaurant in Montreal's Plateau.
This spot specializes in seriously awesome comfort food dishes, like roasted chicken, poutine, mac and cheese, and - of course - crispy, mouthwatering fried chicken!
That's not all, though.
This spot also serves up one incredibly delicious brunch on weekends, featuring things like fried chicken and pancakes, salmon gravlax, hot chicken sandwiches, and more.
