Remember a few years ago, when the clean eating trend took over people's Instagram feeds, and we all assumed it was just a food trend that would fade, like so many others?

Well, it turns out that clean eating is here to stay - and for one very good reason: it's awesome. There's nothing like eating good food, and feeling great afterwards.

Which is exactly why the concept behind new Montreal restaurant Vivalia Bistro (286 Rue Notre-Dame O) is so on point.

Vivalia Bistro is located in Old Montreal, and they specialize in serving up dishes made with totally organic ingredients.

They also happen to have tons of vegan and vegetarian options, as well.

Options like falafel wraps, vegan chili, tempeh shawarma paninis, smoothies, mushroom tempeh wraps, and more. Oh, and they also have homemade kombucha!

With restaurants in Quebec being closed and no reopening date announced yet, we're all missing indoor dining right about now. Luckily, six Montreal restaurants have teamed up with hotels in the city and found a way to continue providing this experience starting January 14.

A press explained that four hotels in Old Montreal "are opening up their rooms to offer you an intimate culinary experience."

Old Montreal shop Maison Pepin is bringing back its Christmas market alley. While in previous years, the alley has been a whimsical showcase for Pepin's seasonal goods, this year, it will be available exclusively for private photoshoot sessions.

Pepin has brought on event planning company Rox-Out to manage the event and studio Seance Photo to conduct the pet-friendly shoots. Customers who sign up will get a set of 10 photos.
