Straight up, guys, I won't beat around the bush with this: I have just found one of my new favourite restaurants in the whole city.

Depot 74 (6390 Rue St-Hubert) is situated in the Plaza St-Hubert, and for me, it hits the golden trifecta for a perfect dining experience: fantastic food, attentive service, and incredibly fair pricing.

Honestly, I don't even know where to begin with this spot. I guess I'll start with the food, because that's what impressed me the most.

The menu at Depot 74 consists of things like poutines, burgers, sandwiches, wraps, pasta, and more... Basically, their menu is full of all the best things life has to offer, TBH.

But let me tell you that it doesn't matter what you pick, because everything is literally amazing. I first tried their chicken wings - super crispy and flavourful on the outside, but juicy, tender, and delicious on the inside - and was blown out of the water.

Which was a common theme, TBH. I also tried their nachos, one of their Italian sausage hamburgers, and their guacamole poutine, and let me tell you - I was seriously, seriously impressed. Their Italian sausage hamburger was fresh and flavourful, and their poutine had a unique and awesome taste that really made it stand out.

Depot 74 also happens to have a huge variety of Italian sodas, tasty, sparkling drinks served with a dollop of whipped cream on top. Grab one with your drink (my favourite was the Peach Sunset, with apple, peach, mango, and raspberry) and prepare to be seriously amazed.

Oh, and I didn't even get to the best part yet: the price. Almost every single thing on the menu is $5.95, with the max being around $8. And if you're a student? Then you get to enjoy a 10% rebate. I know, friends. I know.
