Calling all trainers, amateurs, and general Pokemon fanatics. Have we got an announcement for you. You're probably already pooping your pants from excitement because Montreal Comiccon is almost here. Well, get ready to blow your top because Comic Con announced they are also hosting a Pokemon TOURNAMENT. I'll let you collect yourself before I continue.

The Montreal Pokemon League will be hosting the event from Friday July 3rd - Sunday July 5th, in the Gaming Room at Palais des Congrès. Using your Nintendo 3DS/2DS as well as a copy of Pokémon X, Y, Alpha Sapphire, or Omega Ruby, you can go challenge local Gym Leaders. Don't have a Nintendo 2DS/3DS, don't worry. The MPL will be renting them out all day long, so anyone can play.

This tournament will feature limited edition Pokemon that won't be available anywhere else. They will be wearing Marvel/DC costumes, to celebrate Comiccon! Needless to say, this event is going to be rad.
