10 Montreal Saint Patrick's Day Events To Attend With Your Friends This Weekend

The year's biggest day (and night) of drinking is almost here, by which of course I'm talking about Saint Patrick's Day. A day in which you can wear as much green and drink as much as you like without anyone able to admonish you, St. Paddy's is a city-wide celebration in Montreal, and you pretty much need to take party.
Because we know its impossible to make a plan mid-Saint Paddy's Day (you're already drunk, after all) here are a list of ten events that will guarantee you a good time.

Both of McKibbin's Montreal locations (along with their Pointe-Claire and Vaudreuil spots) will be throwing St. Paddies day events all weekend. On each day, the drink-fest will begin with special St. Paddy's breakfast where the Irish coffee will overfloweth, with tons of live musical acts filling out the rest of the day's festivities.

Pub L'île noire is giving you the chance to "join to the dark side" this Saint Patrick's Day, and they're making it really easy with incredibly affordable prices on Irish Carm Bombs and Jameson shots. Of course, you should still be sporting green, no matter if you get Darth Vader-level drunk.
Montreal's St Patrick's parade
You knew this was coming, and honestly, if there's one St. Patrick's Day event to head to, it's this one. Going down on Sunday, the parade (which goes along Saint Catherine street from du Fort to Place Phillips) is a longstanding tradition in Montreal, and a celebration of all-things Irish you can't miss. Plus almost every bar listed above is hosting an event post-parade, so you have no reason not to go!
