Some very juicy news dropped a few weeks ago on Eater Montreal which will make health nuts and vegans very pleased, not to mention all the nearby Mile End hipsters who are so over chew-able food. Get ready to get juiced at Outremont's soon-to-open juice bar Jus Pur...and that may be the record for the most amount of times you've ever read "juice" aloud in your head.

Set to open in mid-October accordingto Eater, Jus Pur will be located right at Bernard and Hutchison (map), where O'Macarons & Chocolats used to be. Ironic how a health-centric juice bar is replacing a store dedicated to desserts, but at least Cheskie's is still down the street to satiate everyone's sugar cravings.

Montreal chef Elvio Galasso is the man behind Jus Pur, who has described the store as an in & out style juice bar, that could potentially be entirely raw and vegan. Even if Galasso decides to delve into the realm of animal byproducts, expect plenty of vegan options, which is pretty easy to do when you're working with a menu made up of juice.
