Montreal Will Be Transformed Into A 1,000 Foot "Slip-N-Slide" This Summer

You've definitely seen pictures of these events in your newsfeed at some point or another, and like me, you were probably insanely jealous that it wasn't taking place in Montreal. Well that's all about to change because we're getting our very own Slide The City event on Saturday, August 15th.

For those of you who are unfamiliar with this event, here's the only thing you need to know: It's a thousand foot slip-n-slide!

While they've already held dozens of these events in North America, I don't think they're quite ready to handle our streets. Could you imagine if they set this slide up on Stanley Street? How about riding the vinyl slide all the way down the mountain from the lookout on Camillien-Houde? Okay, so they probably won't be setting it up there, but we can always dream.

You'll have the option of choosing between these 3 sliding packages:

Single Slider - 1 slide anytime during the day, a bag and a mouthguard ($15 Early Registration - $20 Regular Registration - $20 Late Registration)

Triple Slider - 3 slides anytime during the day, a tube, a bag and a mouthguard ($30 Early Registration - $35 Regular Registration - $40 Late Registration)

Unlimited Slider - Unlimited slides anytime during the day, VIP access 1 hour before and 1 hour after the event, a tube, a t-shirt, a bag, a mouthguard and a hat. ($50 Early Registration - $55 Regular Registration - $60 Late Registration)
