With this in mind, MTL Blog made a list is that's jam-packed with cool first date ideas in Montreal, all of which are ideal for those hopeless romantics looking for love in the big city.
Before my single life came to an end, I went through the dating app phase and learned that you don't really know who you are speaking with until you meet with them face to face. I found that meeting someone in a public area and doing an activity together almost always turned into a good time.

The first time I visited Time Out Market, I instantly thought it would be a great place for an online meetup because it leaves you with so many options.

LE CENTRAL will give you the illusion of being in a food court somewhere in Asia, which is basically like going on a trip on your first date. Cool, right?
Similar to Time Out Market, LE CENTRAL offers guests a ton of options, including alcohol. So, if you are in the mood to keep the date going, you can move on to dinner, if the date isn't going well, you can say your goodbyes after your beer is finished.
Go Mural Hoping
Montreal is known for a lot of things, including the array of murals that decorate our city.
There is something romantic about walking through Montreal and awing at some spectacular street art, which is why I think it is a cool thing to do on a date.
This will not only give the two of you some IRL time but you will also be able to extend the date, or cut it short, depending on your feelings.
