According to Jobillico, the average Canadian salary for 2019 was only $52,600 per year. Quebec was even below the national average at just $49,312. With no end in sight quite yet for Montreal's continued increase in real estate and rentals, that $50 grand can go pretty quickly. Unless you have a trust fund at the ready — and in that case skip right to these dream homes for sale — the only other option is scoring a high paid job. They do exist. We took a look at Montreal jobs currently hiring that offer yearly salaries up to $100,000 and over.
