Even more than tattoos, Montreal is a city that loves a festival. This weekend, the Tattoo Nouvelle Ere Convention, one of the biggest tattoo and art showcases in Montreal is finally returning to Richmond Hall after a hugely successful 2018 edition.
This year's Tattoo Nouvelle Ere Convention takes place from June 7th to June 9th at the magnificent Richmond Hall. The 2019 edition promises to be their biggest yet, with over 120 artists from all over the world coming to Montreal to present their best tattoos.
Tickets to the event are $20 per day or $55 for a weekend pass. Not only will there be some incredibly talented and world-renowned tattoo artists but the Tattoo Nouvelle Ere Convention will also have live bands, DJs, workshops, and much more.
Of course, the main attraction will be the over 120 tattoo artists that will be in attendance to showcase their work and even tattoo you! If you're so inclined, you can personally contact an artist to request an appointment to go under the gun.
Most artists will have their flash collections readily available for you to browse through. Tattoo Nouvelle Ere will also feature a tattoo competition where artists will win awards based on the selected theme and tattoo quality.
The convention runs from June 7th to June 9th and will be held at the Richmond Hall in Le Salon 1861, a beautiful 158-year-old church in Montreal's historic Griffintown neighbourhood.
