Humaniti, a mix-used Montreal condo tower, is set to open to the public this summer. The project offers 314 rental units in a luxurious vertical tower, featuring all the amenities that one would find in other similar buildings. The Humaniti building is billed as Montreal's first "smart vertical community," meaning that residents will be living in a "fully connected environment where rich and multi-sensory human experiences abound."
The expansive project will feature rental units, condominiums, a hotel, an office building, and commercial spaces. Residents will have complete access to all of Humaniti's diverse services.
This spring, Humaniti will welcome its first patrons to the Marriott boutique hotel, the first of its kind in the province of Quebec. The hotel will include world-class amenities including an outdoor rooftop pool, gyms, a spa, and a gourmet restaurant.
Office spaces will also be a big feature in the Humaniti community, as WeWork will house their Montreal head office in the space.
What's most interesting, however, are the incredible rental units that are available at Humaniti.
If you've ever wanted to experience the lap of luxury but weren't able to afford it, you're in luck because Humaniti Montreal has units starting at $1,330 a month, every single hotel and condo amenity included!
Humaniti has dedicated 22 floors of its main tower to rental units. Included in the already unreal starting rental price is every hotel amenity including free access to the gym, spa, sky lounge, swimming pool, valet parking, and more.
Prospective residents can visit a model unit and reserve a home starting now.
Currently in its final stages of construction, the tower will be open to the public in July 2020.
