Videos shared with MTL Blog on Facebook and Twitter show an ongoing truck fire on an overpass over the Décarie expressway.
The circumstances of the fire are unclear, but Gabriel Arpin, who sent the below footage to MTL Blog, posits that the fire is a result of an "engine or electronic problem."
The flames have produced a large cloud of black smoke. A video from Twitter user @CowabungaDeets captures the smoke from as far away as de la Savane orange line metro station.

Arpin's video shows that the fire is on the Chemin de la Côte-de-Liesse near the intersection of rue Duncan and the Décare.

Live traffic footage from Québec 511 shows firefighters and an ambulance on the scene. The fire appears to be extinguished though the overpass remains closed.
