Summer is right around the corner and as much as we would all love to lounge by a pool all season long, the reality is that most of us need to work a little. Some jobs are strenuous, while other jobs are so fun they don't feel like work. La Ronde is one of the happiest places in and around Montreal and it's looking for summer employees. In fact, over 1,000 La Ronde jobs need to be filled.
According to a press release, "the biggest playground in Montreal is seeking seasonal employees 16 years and older for a variety of positions including admissions, ride operator, culinary services, retail, grounds maintenance and more."
"Prior experience is not required and interested applicants must apply online prior to arrival," the park website further explains.
"Candidates should be prepared for on-the-spot interviews, so dress to impress."
La Ronde is hosting a job fair on March 28 and 29, 2020 from 9 a.m until 4 p.m., so prospective applicants can just drop by.
In addition to what a promotional video calls an "enriching" experience, employees enjoy "competitive salaries" as well as some cool benefits and perks.
La Ronde workers can take advantage of "a flexible schedule, access to all Six Flags parks, tickets for friends and family, in park discounts, exclusive employees events as well as recognition prizes."
There's also "opportunity for promotion and advancement within the company" if you'd like to transform a summer gig into a more permanent career.
Plus, the real work experience looks awesome on your CV.
La Ronde employees get to make money while filling their summer days with fun. With so many positions that need to be filled, there is surely something to pique everyone's interest.
