Montreal's Coolest New Bar On Saint-Laurent Has Free Pool Every Night

Montreal's Coolest New Bar On Saint-Laurent Has Free Pool Every Night

For many years, Montrealers who love a good bar would enjoy a bucket of booze while riding on an electric bull at the Saint Laurent Street establishment Chez Serge.

Chez Serge may still be on the same street but its original location is now home to a brand new bar called Lucky Ho.

Lucky Ho opened its doors this summer and it is everything I didn’t know our city needed.

Despite its name, this new establishment is a great place to have a drink with friends, let loose and even nosh on some delicious eats.

This new Mile-End resto-bar has an Asian theme and is decked out in a bunch of flashy lights. Some of the things that make this place unique are the pool tables, pinball machines, dartboards and arcade games.

The wacky décor is meant to take visitors away from our city and escape their problems. This full of life establishment is a little taste of Asia and I am really into it.

Lucky Ho has a wide selection of local microbrewery, domestic and imported beers, and they pride themselves on serving some of the coldest beer in town. They also have a range of cocktails to pick from and even have food to nibble on.

Lucky Ho is also killing the happy hour game. There is a daily 4 à 8 with discounted cocktails and 4$ beers, AND pool is free during this time as well. How good is that?

It is because of places like this along with a long list of other things that make me love our city so much.

There is always something new to discover, a new taste to expose our taste buds to and a new bar to call home.

Vive Montreal!
