Miss Vanjie From RuPaul's Drag Race Is Coming To Montreal Next Month

Vanessa Vanjie Mateo, or Miss Vanjie for short, is the legendary drag queen who made her name on RuPaul's Drag Race last season. Vanjie made a memorable exit after being the first queen to be booted from her season.

She was invited back to the show this year, and fans were delighted to see her larger-than-life personality back on the small screen. Even better, Montrealers will soon be able to see her live, as she is coming to the city in June for a performance at the Cabaret Mado.

Miss Vanjie may not be performing on Drag Race as well as many had hoped. However, her personality has truly been shining through to make her a stand-out from her competitiors — and an audience favourite.

Amongst other things that make her beloved by Canadians is the fact that she is dating Canada's very own Brooke Lynn Heights, the first Canadian queen to perform on Drag Race. The two have gotten publicly cozy throughout the season.

You can buy tickets directly from the event's Facebook page. You can get either general admission or choose to buy meet-and-greet tickets!

She will be performing at the Cabaret Mado on June 19. Doors open at 8:00 p.m, with the show starting at 10.
