You Can Drink Beer & Throw Axes At This Montreal Bar Next Week

A pretty unusual combination but it works!
You Can Drink Beer & Throw Axes At This Montreal Bar Next Week

When you think of beer, I doubt the next thing that comes to your mind is axe-throwing but this brewery is constantly thinking outside the box.

While the rest of Montreal is going apple picking you can be letting out some steam while drinking some cold pints of beer at one of the coolest events this fall.

On Saturday, September 28, 2019, Louks Beer is celebrating its one-year anniversary in a big way! The brewery has teamed up with Maniax Axe Throwing to throw the biggest and most fun-filled event this brewery has seen.

Tickets include two 16 oz Louks Beers or Art Kambucha, gourmet BBQ, and a session of axe throwing.

For those of you who are not familiar with Louks Beer, you are truly missing out. The Louks Brewery team is comprised of a group of young Montrealers whose passion and dedication motivate them to strive for excellence.

This local nano-brewery prides itself on quality and flavour, and as someone who is not a big beer drinker, I must say that this product stands out from its competitors.

I am somebody who loves supporting local Montreal businesses, so when I discovered Louks and tasted their beer, I was instantly hooked.

You can find their product at certain Montreal locations such as Le Bierology, La Consigne, Le Ptit Dep and Peluso if you do not want to commute to Dorval to try it out.

The brewery is a cool spot to hang out after work, enjoy a wide variety of on-tap beers, and watch the planes land at the nearby airport.

From savoury flavours like Maple Ale, Pumpkin Ale and, my personal favourite, Japanese Lager, to the adorable and Insta-worthy packaging, the team behind this brewery knows what it's doing.

This is a great way to throw yourself into fall festivities and get out of your comfort zone — what more can you want in a Saturday activity?
