From August 8 to 18, 2019, Montreal will host its famous Pride Month, a celebration of all things LGBTQ+! With hundreds of events to attend, Pride is one of the city's best and fiercest festivals ever.
On the first weekend of Pride is an awesome event that'll both help you cure your hangover and prepare you for the inevitable partying that you'll no doubt be doing! And honestly, what's better than brunch?
Boozy Brunch and le Méchant Boeuf Bar-Brasserie are hosting the incomparable Drag Queen Brunch! With mimosas, delicious food, and some of Montreal's hottest queens, Drag Queen Brunch is a must!
Montreal Pride began in 2007 to "support and promote local communities while serving as a beacon of hope for people around the world who continue to battle injustice."
Since then, Montreal Pride has become the largest gathering of its kind in the Francophone world. More than 2 million people are expected to attend the month-long festivities!
Drag Queen Brunch is one of those spectacular Pride events that you absolutely must experience at least once. For one morning, le Méchant Boeuf will transform into a steamy drag club featuring the work of Miss Butterfly, Gisèle Lullaby, and Franky Dee.
Mimosas and drag queens? Yes, please! Whether you're coming off an extra-large weekend or preparing yourself for more damage, Drag Queen Brunch has got you covered.
One ticket includes a table d'hote meal and one mimosa. But feel free to order more than one — there is a bottomless option at the restaurant! There will be two services on the day, one at 10 AM and one at 1 PM. Please be on time, you're not gonna want to miss a second!
A portion of the proceeds will go to support GRIS-Montreal, a non-profit organization founded in 1994 that promotes a "better awareness of the homosexual and bisexual reality and to make it easier for gays, lesbians and bisexuals to integrate into society."
