Montreal Pop-Up Restaurants That Are Only Open In The Summer

The city is slowly coming back to life after a long and brutal winter. Park benches have been set up again, festivals are popping up downtown and the trees are finally starting to grow leaves.
In imitation of the city's ephemeral summer setups, pop-up restaurants tend to take root all around Montreal. For a limited time, while the weather permits, you can enjoy amazing food in these restaurants.
These establishments usually only stay open until mid-September, after which you'll have to wait a whole nine months before they open again, so better enjoy them while they're here!
