Ryú Sushi Bar Is Now Doing Delivery & Offering Discounted Wine And Sake Bottles

The list of Montreal restaurants that deliver keeps getting longer, and I'm not mad about it. If I think of one spot I've truly missed during the last few weeks, it's Ryú. Although at first, this sushi bar had to close its doors during this difficult period, I'm thrilled to share with all of you that this beloved restaurant officially re-open as of Friday, April 10, and is now offering both pickup and delivery.

Ryú has decided to re-open its Peel location from Tuesday to Saturday.

Sushi lovers will now be able to order from Ryú dishes on UberEats, Doordash, and Foodora, or using Ryú's personalized delivery service. They also have the option of picking it up for themselves at 1474, rue Peel. The dining area remains closed, though.

The good news doesn't stop there. Not only will you be able to dig into some fresh sashimi, but Ryú is giving us all the gift of discounted alcohol, as confirmed in an email with MTL Blog.

Ryú's new alcohol list features discounted wine and sake bottles at a 35% discounted price (the prices featured on the menu are the discounted price).

Needless to say, the sushi gods have answered our prayers.

Ryú has been taking all the needed precautions to ensure that your meal is made in a sterile and safe environment.

As indicated on the website, Ryú employees have implemented the "mandatory use of gloves and masks by all working staff" and "all takeout and delivery orders will be picked up in our vestibule area."

Clients no longer have access to the inside of the establishment in order to minimize the risk of contamination.

The eatery has also "increased antibacterial soaps available in our restrooms and sanitizing dispensers installed across our restaurant for staff."

Ryú is taking no risks when it comes to the safety of both its clients and employees.

I'm personally thrilled that Ryú has found a way to continue serving our city the sushi we all need right now.

Anyone looking for a splurge on a fresh and authentic sushi experience while couped up in their apartment should take advantage of this new availability.

Sushi date with yourself? Hell yeah.

Ryú Pickup & Delivery

Note that alcohol can only be purchased using Ryú's personal delivery service, which you can find the info for on its website.
