- Returning students are scrambling to find apartments amid an already tight housing market.
- Below are listed apartments for a range of budgets and living situations.
Finding an apartment is one of the most stressful and annoying things to do, especially when you are moving to a new city.
With the fall semester quickly approaching, I know that a lot of students are looking for a new place to live.
Students look for affordable units in good areas and since I know how irritating the search can be, I figured I would help you out and show you some of the most student-friendly apartments for rent in Montreal.
Though the Montreal apartment hunting season (roughly April-June) is over, and many of the apartments that offer the best value have already been snagged up, there are still some options our there for students who are about the return to the city.
This list is divided into three price categories, including apartments for less than $950/month, less than $1,250/month, and multi-bedroom apartments for less than $1,700/month.
Note that all of these apartments are still available as of the time of writing. Listings are subject to change or removal at any time.
