It's Going To Be Sunny & Actually Feel Like Spring In Montreal This Week

It's no #HotGirlSummer but bring on #SocialDistancingSpring.
Montreal Weather This Week Is Going To Be Sunny & Actually Feel Like Spring
  • Environment Canada forecasts sunny spring Montreal weather for much of the week, despite some snowfall Monday.
  • It will be warm enough to go for a solo walk — while avoiding public gatherings and maintaining a safe two meters from everyone else, of course.

The world is really going through it right now and, unfortunately, frolicking through the park and having a picnic with all your best buds is definitely off the table. Still, Montreal weather this week is something to be happy about, because it will be sunny and actually feel like spring for the next four days straight. Environment Canada's weekly forecast for Montreal shows that a couple days are going to be nearly 10°C with lots of sun.

So while this spring is definitely going to feel a little different from usual, we can still be grateful for great weather coming our way, amongst other things, like balcony concerts and new treats from the SQDC.

Plus, you can still enjoy the awesome spring weather in Montreal this week, you just have to be smart about it. Open your windows and do some spring cleaning. Have a coffee on your balcony. Take a little walk around the block - as long as you and your fellow walkers are maintaining a nice two meters between you, you're fine.

Sure, this new normal is weird as hell. But at least now we have the sun to keep us company.

Here's Environment Canada's weekly forecast for Montreal. Apparently, we could see some wet snow Monday afternoon, which is unfortunate, but at least we're all inside.

Tuesday is when things really start to look up, and then the rest of the week is going to be just beautiful.

And while we might be getting a little bit of wet snow this afternoon or evening, we can be grateful that we're not having Ontario's weather right now.

Tons of people have taken to Twitter to show the early spring snowstorm that is happening right now in cities across Ontario.

Lucky for us, even if we do get snow today, we know there's sun coming tomorrow.

Though let's not think we're out of the woods with snow in Montreal just yet.

In late April of last year, almost every single province in Canada was hit with snow... so there's a good chance we'll be seeing some more of the fluffy white stuff in the next couple weeks.
