As you all know, Montreal Pride is happening this August and people are super excited for one of the city's biggest and best week-long festivals.
Today, Montreal Pride released its full line-up of performers for the 4th annual Drag Superstars event happening at Parc des Faubourgs! Prepare yourselves because, on Thursday, August 15th, Montreal is set for a HUGE party.
Drag Superstars presented by MAC Cosmetics has been delighting Montrealers for the past three years and for their fourth event, they are bringing some of the world's biggest names in drag! This is a can't-miss event for "RuPaul's Drag Race" fans.
Here are the queens you will see at this year's Drag Superstars!
Sasha Velour (Host)
Known as the winner of the 9th season of "RuPaul's Drag Race," Velour has been an advocate for gender fluidity and the LGBTQ+ community for many years. She'll be hosting the event!
Oddly was the winner of Season 11 of "RuPaul's Drag Race". The Denver native has been performing since 2012.
A'keria C. Davenport
Best known from Season 11 of "RuPaul's Drag Race," she was named one of the top 100 most powerful drag queens in 2019.
Brooke Lynn Hytes
Known from Season 11, as well. She finished in second place and was the first-ever Canadian drag queen on the show.
Trinity "The Tuck" Taylor
From Season 9 of "Drag Race" and winner of All-Stars 4, "The Tuck" is one of the most well-known drag queens in the world.
You know her from Season 4 and All-Stars 1 and 4 and as the former "Drag Race" Miss Congeniality.
You know her from Season 3 and All-Stars 1 and 4. In February 2019, she released her first-ever music video.
You know her from her controversial Season 4 disqualification after she was caught making conjugal visits with her husband.
You know her from Season 8 and All-Stars 4, where she became known as the villain of the season.
Vanessa "Miss Vanjie" Mateo
From Seasons 10 and 11, "Miss Vanjie" has achieved worldwide fame thanks to her style, voice, and energy.
