Bus drivers are further expected to
"greet and inform customers, as well as collect from them;"
"provide customer service in accordance with STM norms" and "demonstrate good citizenship towards pedestrians and road users;"
"provide accurate and relevant information to customers who request it;"
and "assist sick or injured persons on the bus and ensure that they are taken care of by the appropriate responders."
If the promotional video posted to the STM website is any indication, the job looks pretty cool and offers an interesting perspective on STM operations.
